Email accounts must be checked and maintained daily, we provide email filters and spam blockers but it is up to you to set them to your needs if any account is found to hold spam messages older than 2 days we will consider this as a unmaintained account and remove all emails in that account. Any account that does not take immediate action or respond to the email notifications warning or administrators about their email accounts within 48 hours will have all emails deleted from their account. Email accounts can be used as part of your storage but what you store in their must be related to you, the system can not be used for the storage of spam in any way whatsoever. If you use an email client such as Microsoft Outlook to retrieve your emails you should set it to delete the emails after retrieval or you must log in daily to maintain your email accounts.
